Ron Hughes has over two decades of experience in managing the development of new products and the maintenance of sustained, high-tech product production. At Lumencor, Mr. Hughes ensures the successful and reliable production of the company’s high performance lighting products. He directs and coordinates the manufacturing department operations, supervises training and production activities, and ensures a well-choreographed effort on the part of our highly skilled team.
