Innovation

Lumencor is leading the life sciences with light engines for bioanalysis. Novel optical excitation subsystems are designed for an array of instruments including fluorescence microscopes. The company has developed innovative, powerful, pure, stable, durable and cost-effective lighting solutions. Discrete outputs are available through the UV-Vis-NIR spectrum from a proprietary mix of independently controllable sources. Lumencor’s products provide more power than an arc lamp with the durability, stability, speed and flexibility of a solid-state solution. Lumencor products are available in OEM and off-the-shelf configurations.

Lumencor’s Beaverton, Oregon facility is the hub of all light engine design and fabrication. We offer comprehensive design services with respect to the optical, mechanical, heat management, electronic and software integration aspects of our cutting-edge lighting subsystems. We service small and large organizations alike. Custom prototypes are produced in as little as 30-90 days. This fast turnaround is critical to our customers, for whom time-to-market is a key qualifier of good service.

Quality

Quality

Quality is a hallmark of all Lumencor products. All products are CB and cNRTLus certified, CE marked, RoHS and REACH compliant. Moreover, all light engines are mercury free. Lumencor achieved ISO 13485:2003 certification in October 2016. We foster innovation and creativity and look forward to the next new design challenge. Custom lighting requests are encouraged. We want to hear about your next, novel lighting need.
