Lumencor Defends Lighting Innovation

Beaverton, Oregon, (January 25, 2018) – Lumencor, Inc. today announced that its counsel is commencing legal action against Excelitas Technologies Corp. and their Canadian subsidiary Lumen Dynamics Group, Inc. Lumencor has investigated the design of the newest lighting products made by Lumen Dynamics Group, Inc. and determined that the products use Lumencor’s proprietary light-pipe-based, high-intensity lighting technology. Lumencor’s patented technology is protected by U.S. Patents 9,574,722, 8,493,564 and 9,395,055, among others.
